Job Description - Centre Manager (Operations)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Work Mode: In-person
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate centre staff, including riders and kitchen teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Drive sales growth, achieve centre targets, and implement customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and key operational metrics.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and FSSAI regulations.
- Manage inventory, wastage, and operational costs effectively.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational and sales reports.




- Coordinate with the management team to identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, bakery, QSR, or food & beverage operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
- Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, positive, and customer-focused approach.
