The Business Development Associate is responsible for visiting colleges and educational institutions to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, conduct promotional activities such as seminars and workshops, and generate quality leads. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility and driving student enrollments through strategic outreach and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit colleges and institutions to promote company programs and offerings.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions for students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with college management, placement officers, and student communities.
- Generate and manage leads from student inquiries and campus activities.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional events to drive engagement.
- Maintain accurate reports of visits, leads, and conversion activities.




- Work closely with the sales and counseling team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the education sector).
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and events.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with valuable interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
