Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations at the construction/project site.
- Receive and verify construction materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movements.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment of materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, handling, and preservation of construction materials.
- Track material consumption and support project teams with inventory information.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project, Engineering, and Site teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or excess materials to the concerned team.




- Prepare regular inventory and material movement reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
- Ensure the store and material storage areas are organized, clean, and maintained according to site requirements.
- Follow company processes and applicable safety procedures.
- Special Monitoring for material Like - Steel & RMC vehicle.
- Labour camp Round Morning Session & Water tanker level monitoring daily & follow up with supplier for water tanker when needed.
- Daily updation for -Inward Material Register, Security Attendance, Water tanker register, Steel material issue register.
- All challan & invoice entry & filling

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
