ob Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage both layout development and building construction projects. The candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordinating with contractors, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise layout development works including roads, drainage, water supply, sewer lines, and other infrastructure.
- Manage villa/building construction from foundation to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.




- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in layout development and residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Experience in villa projects is preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Experience in project planning and execution.
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
