WillStar Films is the AI-powered film and storytelling division of WillStar Media. We are building a next-gen production studio that merges traditional filmmaking with cutting-edge AI tools across screenplay, visual generation, editing, and sound design.

Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you will drive execution—moving projects seamlessly from idea → script → production → final delivery. You won't create the films yourself; you will manage the people, workflows, timelines, and resources to make it happen efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Workflow: Own film production timelines, track progress from research to post-production, and prevent delays.
- Team Coordination: Act as the hub between writers, AI artists, directors, and editors to ensure clear deadlines and accountability.
- Process & SOPs: Build standard operating procedures, checklists, and trackers using tools like Notion or ClickUp.
- AI & Post-Production Pipeline: Manage asset pipelines (visuals, voice, VFX, sound) and oversee internal review/feedback loops for final delivery.
- Reporting & Optimization: Maintain weekly project status reports, eliminate bottlenecks,



and continuously refine production workflows to help us scale.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years in operations, project management, or production management.
- Tools: Proficiency with ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar management platforms.
- Skills: Strong organization, excellent communication, dynamic problem-solving, and multi-project management.
- Mindset: Extreme ownership, high accountability, and an interest in AI, filmmaking, and technology. (Prior film/media experience is a plus, but structured project execution is what matters most.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
