Food Safety Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Safety Executive to ensure food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across our operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting food safety audits, identifying non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and supporting food safety improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities – Food Safety Audits

Conduct regular internal food safety and hygiene audits across kitchens, production areas, storage facilities, and food handling locations.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety standards.

Monitor food hygiene, personal hygiene, sanitation, temperature control, storage, and handling practices.

Audit raw material receiving, supplier compliance, storage, food preparation, and finished products.

Identify food safety risks, non-conformities, and hygiene violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain food safety audit reports, checklists, inspection records, and compliance documentation.

Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify timely closure.

Monitor and verify HACCP plans and Critical Control Points (CCPs).

Support external, customer, regulatory, and certification audits.

Conduct food safety and hygiene training for food handlers and operational staff.

Monitor pest control, cleaning and sanitation, water quality, waste management, and overall hygiene standards.





Ensure all locations remain audit-ready and maintain proper food safety documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience in food safety, quality assurance, hygiene audits, or food industry operations will be preferred.

Valuable knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices.

Strong observation, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to conduct audits independently and prepare professional audit reports.

Local candidates are preferred/required due to the nature of the role.

Frequent travelling to different locations is required as part of the job.

Candidates should be comfortable with field visits and travelling between multiple food/business locations.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
