Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, stock movement, and team activities. The candidate should have good coordination skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse and stores operations.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock handling.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Manage and guide warehouse/store personnel.
- Ensure timely material availability for production and dispatch.




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Prepare daily stock and warehouse activity reports.

Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Candidates from manufacturing / production industries will be preferred.
