Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Representative to develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for market development, customer acquisition, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Promote and explain company products, especially EV vehicles and related products.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and market research.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business targets.
- Visit dealers, retailers, corporate customers, and other potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and coordinate order processing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share market information with management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, and other departments.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, sales, and customer follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales,



business development, automobile, EV, or related industries preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
