Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Technical Lead with robust expertise in Python, distributed systems, Kafka, microservices, and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable and reliable systems while leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python.
- Design and implement distributed systems and microservices at scale.
- Build and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Design scalable and reliable SaaS platforms.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Drive system design, architecture, scalability, and reliability initiatives.
- Review code and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize production systems for performance and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions and make architecture decisions.
- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical direction and support.
- Work in Linux-based production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development.
- Proven experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with Kafka and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and mentoring developers.
- Experience supporting applications in Linux production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
