Junior Fashion Operations & E-commerce Executive

Diksha Tandon, a New Delhi-based luxury Indian fashion label, is looking for a smart, organised and proactive fresher or junior candidate to join our studio team.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role covering studio operations, inventory, e-commerce, invoicing, production coordination, client communication and basic marketing.

The candidate will work from our studio and occasionally travel to our workshops in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Inventory

- Organise and maintain the studio and garment inventory
- Maintain accurate records of all garments, samples and stock
- Track pieces moving between the studio, workshops and clients
- Assist with packing, dispatches and receiving garments
- Ensure garments are properly labelled, stored and accounted for

E-commerce & Administration

- Manage day-to-day Shopify updates
- Add and update products, prices, sizes, descriptions and inventory
- Process and track online orders
- Assist with invoicing and basic business administration
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and operational records

Production & Workshop Coordination

- Coordinate with workshops and artisans on ongoing orders
- Follow up on production timelines and pending work
- Track garments through different stages of production
- Coordinate alterations, finishing, quality checks and deliveries
- Visit workshops in Delhi when required

Client & Sales Support

- Communicate with clients over WhatsApp, phone and in person
- Assist with appointments and studio visits
- Coordinate measurements, alterations, dispatches and follow-ups




- Provide a professional and helpful client experience
- Keep the team updated on client requirements and deadlines

Marketing Support

- Assist with basic Instagram and social media activities
- Coordinate product information and images for online listings
- Help organise content, shoots and product launches
- Assist with straightforward marketing and promotional tasks as required

Who We Are Looking For

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 0–2 years of experience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and professional manner
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer tools
- Willing to learn Shopify and other business software
- Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors and workshops
- Willing to travel within Delhi when required
- Interest in fashion, luxury, textiles or e-commerce is a strong plus

The Most Important Qualities

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive and extremely good at follow-through.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of a task from beginning to end rather than waiting for instructions at every step.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain practical exposure to the business, production, e-commerce, client experience and marketing sides of a growing luxury fashion brand.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
