Australian Accountant (Bookkeeping | BAS | Payroll | Tax)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Australian Accountant to join our growing Australian Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, and taxation work for Australian clients while ensuring compliance with ATO regulations and delivering high-quality client service.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2–4 years of Australian Accounting experience.
- Experience working in an Australian Accounting Firm will be highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Must have experience with:

- Xero
- MYOB
- QuickBooks Online
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)




- STP Reporting
- BAS Preparation
- Payroll Processing

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
- ATO Portal

Required Knowledge

The candidate should have knowledge of:

- Australian GST
- BAS & IAS
- Payroll & STP
- Superannuation
- PAYG Withholding
- Australian accounting standards
- Financial statement preparation
- General bookkeeping principles
- Australian taxation fundamentals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
