The ideal candidate should have prior international voice process experience, excellent English communication skills, and strong customer-handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with insurance-related queries and requests.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Follow defined process guidelines and quality parameters.
- Maintain professional communication during customer interactions.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in Australia shifts.
- Willing to work from Magarpatta, Pune.
