Job Description:

Looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of Solar Module Bill of Materials (BOM), including Solar Glass, EVA/POE Encapsulant, Aluminium Frames, and DCR/Non-DCR Cells. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and building robust relationships with solar module manufacturers and EPC companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Solar Module BOM components to module manufacturers, EPC companies, and OEMs.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities across BOM segments.
- Coordinate with internal production, quality, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Monitor DCR/Non-DCR policy changes and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience:



5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the solar industry (preferably in module raw materials/BOM).
- Education: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Solar Module BOM components and DCR/Non-DCR cell classifications.
- Existing, established network with solar module manufacturers and EPC companies preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
