Job Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
- Learn the assembly and manufacturing processes of pumps and motors.
- Assist in in-process and final inspection activities.
- Support the Quality and Production teams in maintaining product quality.
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety practices.
- Assist in checking components, parts and finished products as per specifications.
- Identify and report any quality defects or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain basic production and quality records.
- Willingness to learn different manufacturing processes and take up responsibilities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of engineering concepts.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
