Gignite Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our team. The CSA will be responsible for communicating with delivery partners, assisting them with queries, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with delivery partners through calls and provide necessary information.
- Handle queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Explain work opportunities, requirements, incentives, and processes to delivery partners.
- Follow up with delivery partners and encourage them to join/continue working.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate/partner details.
- Coordinate with the operations and HR teams whenever required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
- Ensure professional and polite communication with all partners.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Intermediate / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience:
Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates can also apply.
- Language Requirement:
- Hindi + any one regional language, OR
- Any two regional languages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Comfortable working in a full time office environment.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
