Position Description

To lead a crew of non-skill members to accomplish cabin fabric replacement including passenger seat covers, curtains and carpets, as well as cabin cleaning tasks in accordance with instructions, approved document and materials and ensure customers’ required standards are fulfilled.

What You'll Do

- Report all irregularities during maintenance work for immediate corrective action.
- Manage work card and arrange manpower, materials and tooling.
- Ensure cabin fabric replacement and cleaning tasks satisfied customer requests in accordance with approved documents.
- Lead a crew of non-skill members to perform the designated cabin fabric replacement and cleaning tasks.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed in accordance with task card instructions,



related documents and drawings, and to ensure appropriate materials and cleaning solvent is used.
- Assist in coordination with other cabin trades and arrange manpower.
- Maintain good housekeeping practice.
- Shift duties and overtime work are required.

What You'll Need

- Completed HKDSE or equivalent with pass in English Language; or any diploma in engineering / management disciplines, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in cleaning / housekeeping / facility services (lead/supervisor experience is an advantage).
- 4 year working experience is preferred.
