Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive / MIS Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the construction, building, infrastructure, or contracting industry. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of MS Excel, accurate data-entry skills, and the ability to maintain project, material, vendor, labour, and billing-related records.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update and maintain project and office data in Excel and company systems.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain records related to projects, materials, vendors, contractors, manpower and site activities.
- Prepare and update Excel trackers for material consumption, purchase orders, invoices and work progress.
- Maintain contractor/subcontractor and vendor records.
- Check data, invoices and documents for accuracy and completeness.




- Prepare and maintain BOQ, quotation, rate comparison and project-related Excel sheets.
- Update site progress and project status reports based on information received from site teams.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Purchase, Accounts and Contractors for required information.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.
- Perform data sorting, filtering, reconciliation and verification.
- Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Handle emails, PDF documents, scanning, printing and general documentation work.
