Job Description:

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
- Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CEM, Plugins & Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure integration, APIs and cloud services.
- Solid knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, workflows and troubleshooting.
- Experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Dataverse is preferred.
- 10+ years of Banking/BFSI domain experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
