About the Role

Vibecrafts is looking for talented and result-oriented professionals to join our E-Commerce Team at Junior Executive, Senior Executive, and Manager levels.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, website management, online sales, product listings, order management, and Excel. Candidates who have worked with an e-commerce company or online marketplace will be preferred.

Positions & Salary

Junior E-Commerce Executive

- Experience: 0–2 Years / Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Senior E-Commerce Executive

- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

E-Commerce Manager

- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

Salary will depend on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain e-commerce websites, portals, and online marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, and product updates.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer support, and logistics teams.
- Monitor marketplace and website performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Assist in implementing online sales strategies and website conversion activities.
- Track product performance, sales reports, inventory, and other e-commerce metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of product and order information.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, discounts, and online merchandising.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, products, and marketplace trends.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain e-commerce data.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 0–5 years of experience in E-commerce, depending on the position.
- Candidates with experience working with an e-commerce company, D2C brand, marketplace, or online retail business will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce websites/portals and marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of online sales strategies, digital sales, and website conversion.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- DMS
- Basic data analysis and reporting
- Valuable understanding of product listing, inventory, pricing, and order management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.

For Senior / Manager Level

Candidates applying for Senior Executive or Manager positions should additionally have the ability to:

- Take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Monitor team performance and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Analyze sales and marketplace reports.
- Identify issues affecting sales, inventory, or conversions and take corrective action.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and overall e-commerce performance.

Preferred

- Experience with major online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in home décor, furniture, handicrafts, home furnishing, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.
- Experience with e-commerce dashboards, analytics, inventory systems, or ERP platforms is preferred.
