Key Responsibilities – Head Teacher, Preschool
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and activity-based lessons.
- Plan daily learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom setting.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Use play-based and experiential learning approaches effectively.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and provide appropriate support.
- Manage classroom behaviour positively and encourage good habits.
- Develop children’s communication, creativity, confidence, and independence.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure consistent and effective teaching.
- Maintain positive and regular communication with parents about children’s learning and development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
