Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Windows Server Administrator to support our IT infrastructure team. This is an entry-level role suitable for someone with basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, follow standard procedures, and provide day-to-day support for Windows-based servers and users.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic administration and monitoring of Windows Server environments.
- Create, modify, and manage user accounts and groups in Active Directory.
- Perform basic password resets, account unlocks, and access management.
- Monitor server health, disk space, services, and system alerts.
- Troubleshoot basic Windows Server issues and escalate complex problems when required.
- Install and manage basic Windows Server roles and features.
- Assist with Windows updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Support basic DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.




- Check server backups and report backup failures or issues.
- Maintain basic IT/server documentation and update support records.
- Follow security, backup, and change-management procedures.
- Provide general technical support to the senior system administration team.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 or newer.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Understanding of DNS and DHCP.
- Basic TCP/IP and networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with Windows desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of server hardware, storage, and backups.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior administrators.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
