Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to manage and coordinate activities across the organization's Cybersecurity function. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and reporting skills, along with hands-on experience using Jira.

The Program Manager will work closely with multiple cybersecurity teams to track deliverables, monitor progress, manage priorities, identify risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage activities across various cybersecurity functions, including:

- Cyber Strategy and Governance
- Cyber Defense and Engineering
- Cyber Advisory and Incident Response
- Cyber Privacy and Regulatory
- Third-Party Security
- Plan, track, and manage cybersecurity projects, activities, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards for task tracking, progress monitoring, reporting, and prioritization.
- Ensure timely updates of tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in Jira.
- Coordinate with cross-functional cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Track project/program status and identify potential risks, delays, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Prepare periodic reports covering project progress, key milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cybersecurity teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and senior management.




- Provide clear and timely updates on program status, outcomes, risks, and challenges.
- Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tracking, and execution.
- Ensure cybersecurity activities remain aligned with organizational goals, frameworks, policies, and priorities.

Required Skills

· 7–9 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, preferably within cybersecurity or IT environments.

· Solid hands-on experience with Jira, including dashboards, task tracking, reporting, and workflow management.

· Strong project planning and program management skills.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

· Ability to prepare management reports, status updates, and project dashboards.

· Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, governance, and security processes is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Cybersecurity Program Management, IT Project Management, Information Security, Cyber Governance, Security Operations, or Technology Program Management will be preferred.
