About the Role

CnEL India is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Executive who can identify and bring relevant Government tenders and technology project opportunities for our IT, software, AI, web/app development, and technology services.

The candidate will regularly visit Government departments and offices, connect with relevant officials, understand upcoming requirements, identify suitable opportunities, and bring relevant tenders/projects to CnEL India.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit Government offices and departments across Lucknow/UP to identify upcoming IT, software, AI, web/app and technology requirements.
- Build professional relationships with relevant Government officials and departments.
- Identify suitable upcoming/active tenders based on CnEL India's services and qualifications.
- Monitor Government tender portals and share relevant opportunities with the internal team.
- Follow up with departments and work toward bringing relevant tenders/projects to CnEL India.
- Maintain records of Government visits, contacts, opportunities and follow-ups.

Important: This role is focused on finding and bringing Government tender/project opportunities. Tender evaluation,



proposal preparation and final submission will be handled by CnEL India's internal team.

Visit Reporting

Every Government office visit must be recorded through the company's reporting system with the office/location, date & time, person/department contacted, purpose, outcome and follow-up details. GPS/location-based check-in may be used for visit verification.

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of relevant Government Tendering / Tender Marketing / B2B Business Development experience.
- Good knowledge of Government tender portals.
- Strong communication, networking and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with regular Government office visits.
- Based in or willing to work from Lucknow.

Performance Incentive

₹10,000 bonus for every successfully secured qualifying project generated through the candidate's efforts, subject to company-defined criteria.
