Techwurkz is hiring an experienced Media Processing Services (MPS) Support & Deployment Specialist for a leading global streaming and entertainment organization. This role is ideal for professionals from post-production, studio, broadcast, or media technology environments with robust media workflows and production support experience.

✔ Support critical media processing and post-production workflows
✔ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve media operations

Position Details

✔ Location: Mumbai – BKC
✔ Work Mode: Onsite
✔ Experience: 3+ Years
✔ Working Hours: 9 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday
✔ Occasional nights/weekends and round-the-clock support as required

What You'll Do

✔ Provide technical support for post-production and media processing workflows
✔ Monitor automated media transfers, processing pipelines and system health
✔ Support media ingest, dailies, VFX, conform and content workflows
✔ Troubleshoot workflow, application, transfer and production issues
✔ Work with product/engineering teams on incidents, feedback and improvements

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years in post-production, studio technology, broadcast, media operations or production technology
✔ Hands-on experience with professional media production workflows




✔ Strong understanding of dailies, VFX, conform and media ingest
✔ Experience troubleshooting media workflows and production systems
✔ Comfortable with command line tools, APIs and structured data formats
✔ Strong communication skills and flexibility for off-hours support
