Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Listening: Welcomes customers, listens to car problems, and writes down the details.
- Translating Jargon: Explains technical mechanical terms into easy language so the car owner understands.
- Providing Estimates: Calculates and provides written cost and time estimates for parts and labor.
- Liaising with Technicians: Passes work orders to the service mechanics and checks on the repair progress throughout the day.
- Getting Approvals: Contacts customers to get permission before doing extra repair work.
- Managing Billing: Handles final paperwork, explains the invoice charges, and collects payment when the car is ready.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
