We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of automatic gate motors and barrier systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, servicing, and repair of automatic sliding and swing gate motors.
- Installation and maintenance of boom barriers and automatic access control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the required TAT.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Repair or replace motors, control panels, sensors, remotes, limit switches, and other components.
- Coordinate with customers and provide updates regarding service work.
- Maintain service reports, job completion records, and spare parts details.
- Ensure proper testing and smooth functioning of equipment after repair.
- Follow safety procedures while working at customer sites.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding complex repairs and spare parts requirements.





Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with gate motors, boom barriers, automation systems, or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Knowledge of control panels, wiring, sensors, relays, and motors.
- Ability to use basic electrical and mechanical tools.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel for field service calls.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical experience.

Experience

Freshers with technical knowledge can apply. Experience in gate automation, barriers, access control, or similar field service work will be preferred.
