Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and business performance.
- Achieve monthly Gold Loan disbursement, AUM and revenue targets.
- Generate new customers and increase branch business.
- Lead, motivate and monitor Branch Executives and other branch staff.
- Monitor daily branch activities, productivity and target achievement.
- Ensure proper gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation and disbursement.
- Monitor collections, overdue accounts and NPA control.
- Ensure safe custody and security of pledged gold.
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate branch MIS and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for renewals, repayments and overdue accounts.




- Coordinate with the Zonal/Regional team for business growth and operational requirements.

Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
- Prior experience as Branch Manager / Branch Head preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan operations and branch management.
- Positive leadership and team-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of collections and branch-level MIS.
- Willingness to work on targets and manage branch operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,543.49 - ₹55,696.44 per month
