Job Summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Manjeri branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating student admissions, counselling prospective students, following up on leads, and achieving admission targets. If you are passionate about sales, communication, and helping students build successful careers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct meetings.
- Counsel students and parents about professional courses and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing excellent guidance.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, referrals, and field visits.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.




- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions in the CRM.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Education Counselling is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
