Description

We are hiring an International Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries through chat.

Provide accurate resolutions and maintain high service quality.

Meet response-time, quality and CSAT targets.

Maintain professional written communication.

Follow process guidelines and customer service standards.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in International Chat Support.

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Good written English and communication skills.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary: Up to ₹26,000 In-Hand

Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
