Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Sr AI Engineer – Workato to own the Workato environment and drive enterprise-grade integrations, AI automation, and agent-ready workflow development.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Own the Workato environment, including configuration, integrations, and AI workflow development
✅ Build AI packages natively using Workato AI Genie, going beyond pre-built assets
✅ Design and deploy agent-ready workflows within the Workato platform
✅ Integrate Workato with 6sense and other enterprise applications
✅ Implement AI-enabled workflow automation in enterprise environments
✅ Leverage Workato enterprise capabilities including RBAC, audit, and multi-workspace
Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Workato experience
Hands-on experience with Workato AI Genie
Experience building AI-native packages within AI Genie
Proven experience implementing AI-enabled workflow automation
Strong understanding of Workato's AI architecture
Experience with RBAC, audit, and multi-workspace
Valuable to Have
- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms
- Experience working with complex enterprise application ecosystems
IMPORTANT SCREENING NOTE
Candidates who have only used pre-built Workato assets, recipes, or connectors but have not built AI packages using Workato AI Genie will not be suitable.
The client specifically requires someone with hands-on experience understanding and implementing Workato's AI architecture from the inside.
