### About the Role

Sardar Ji Realtors is looking for energetic and target-oriented **Sales Executives & Telecallers** to join our growing real estate team.

You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating interest, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into successful property transactions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.

* Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media and marketing campaigns.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and investment preferences.

* Explain property projects, locations, pricing and investment opportunities.

* Follow up regularly with interested customers.

* Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

* Maintain proper records of leads, calls and follow-ups.

* Build strong relationships with customers.

* Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.

* Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.





### Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Comfortable making calls and talking to customers.

* Sales mindset and target-oriented approach.

* Real estate experience is an advantage but **not mandatory**.

* Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are welcome.
