Job Title : Assistant Area Sales Manager

Experience: 10 years of experience in Automobile Spare parts Sales and minimum 3 years of experience in Assistant Area Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities

- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across the territory
- Lead and improve ASE team productivity & target achievement
- Develop and manage distributor network
- Ensure healthy ROI, stock rotation & claim control
- Identify and appoint new distributors
- Expand market coverage and strengthen distribution
- Monitor and control outstanding / receivables
- Ensure effective implementation of schemes, visibility & market execution
- Build robust relationships with distributors, dealers and channel partners

Qualification & Skills

- Strong knowledge of distributor & dealer network management
- Good understanding of Primary & Secondary Sales
- Experience in handling and leading a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation & market development skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
