We are looking for a Lead Functional Consultant - SAP SD IS Retail to shape solution design and delivery across diverse formats, channels, countries, and business models. You will translate business needs into SAP SD and IS Retail solutions, own WRICEF specifications, and partner with offshore teams through testing and release activities. Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages
- Identify required localization or enhancements and back recommendations with clear business cases
- Define functional requirements that steer application design and development
- Recommend solutions, configure the system, and produce detailed WRICEF functional specifications
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions match functional requirements and meet quality standards
- Execute Unit/Functional testing and support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deliver scalable, sustainable, and integrated Business Solutions across multiple Formats, Channels, Countries, and Business Models
- Support Change Management by preparing training content and enabling organizational transformation




- Provide 3rd Level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope
- Collaborate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable effective cooperation
- Identify business process and system enhancement opportunities with the vendor and promote continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and user experiences

Requirements

- Extensive experience of 10+ years delivering SAP application implementations
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP SD and IS Retail modules
- Practical knowledge of WRICEF functional specification design and system configuration
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate offshore development teams and run Unit/Functional testing and UAT
- Solid background in Change Management, training delivery, and organizational transformation support
- Hands-on capability to provide 3rd Level functional support and application administration across multiple operating companies
- Deep understanding of business process design across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models
