- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Explain company products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer requirements.
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure a good customer experience.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Freshers can be considered (BBA/MBA or relevant background preferred).
- Prior telesales/inside sales experience will be an advantage.
