Roles and Responsibilities of BDS Doctors

- Routine Examinations: Check teeth, gums, and oral tissues, and read dental X-rays to spot early signs of disease.
- General Procedures: Perform routine cleanings, fill cavities, apply fluoride, and execute simple tooth extractions.
- Restorative Care: Place basic crowns, bridges, and straightforward dentures.
- Patient Education: Teach patients proper brushing, flossing, and diet habits to maintain long-term oral hygiene.
- Practice Management: Maintain clinical records, manage hygiene protocols, and coordinate basic patient care workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities of MDS Doctors

- Oversee daily clinic operations by managing patient flow.
- Address patient concerns and complaints.
- Diagnose and treat complex dental conditions.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Handle emergency dental cases.




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Managing and communicating with other staff members to provide exceptional care to patients.
- Good dental convertion experience.

Requirements –

- BDS with min 7+ / MDS with minimum 3+ year experience.
- Valid dental license
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
- Good management skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
