Digital Marketing Trainee / Digital Marketing Executive – Trainee

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
Work Mode: Full-Time | In-Office Only
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers encouraged)
Education: Any UG Degree (Marketing / Media / Commerce preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for creative and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in Digital Marketing.

This is a learning-focused role where you will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign execution while working on real projects.

You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of campaigns, content, and performance tracking.

What You Will Learn & Do

During the initial phase, you will:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Create social media posts, captions, and basic creatives
- Support management of social media pages and engagement
- Learn and assist in email marketing campaigns
- Track basic campaign performance and prepare simple reports
- Support content and campaign coordination with the team

As you progress, you will:

- Handle social media accounts independently
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and content strategies
- Monitor and improve campaign performance

Required Skills

- Good communication and basic writing skills
- Interest in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Branding
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (preferred)
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
- Creative thinking and attention to detail




- Willingness to learn and work consistently

Training & Growth Path

Training Period: 3 months (structured guidance will be provided)

Salary During Training: ₹10,000/month
After Confirmation: ₹12,000/month + incentives

Career Path

- 0–3 Months → Trainee
- 3–12 Months → Digital Marketing Specialist
- 12–24 Months → Digital Marketing Executive

Performance-based increments will be provided based on contribution and skills.
