To lead the end-to-end deployment of Lasting ERP at client organisations across the manufacturing, trading and distribution sectors, and to handle the migration of client data into the system. The incumbent will be the principal point of contact between the client and the Company from order confirmation through to go-live.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Study client processes, document requirements and obtain sign-off before configuration.
- Prepare and monitor the plan, milestones and issue logs.
- Configure masters, document numbering, user roles and approval workflows.
- Coordinate with the development team on approved customisations and verify changes before release.
- Collect legacy data from Excel, Tally or Busy exports, CSV files and manual records.
- Clean and standardise data by removing duplicates and correcting formats and naming.
- Map and import data into ERP templates — Item Master, Customer and Vendor Master, Chart of Accounts, Opening Stock and Opening Balances.
- Reconcile imported data against client records and maintain a migration checklist for each client.
- Deliver module-wise training and prepare user manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate between client departments for smooth flow of documents and approvals.




- Drive user adoption after go-live and correct process deviations.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing and obtain formal go-live sign-off.
- Support the client during stabilisation and hand over to the support team.
- Ensure milestone-linked payments are achieved and assist the accounts team in collections.

3. Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Applications.
- Minimum two years in ERP implementation, business analysis or software project delivery.
- Advanced Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text-to-Columns, Remove Duplicates, Data Validation — with accuracy on large data files.
- Sound knowledge of sales, purchase, inventory, production and accounts functions within an ERP.
- High attention to detail; solid communication in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across India.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
