- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and group goals.
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Monitor daily walk-ins, phone inquiries, test drives, and CRM updates to secure pipeline conversion.
- Deal Support: Assist sales representatives with tough negotiations, financing, exchange processes, and closing deals.
- Training & Evaluation: Conduct daily or weekly sales meetings, track metrics, and provide field coaching.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings and resolve complaints quickly.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work alongside finance, insurance, and service departments to streamline deliveries

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
