Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring Email Support Executives for an International Customer Support Process in Jaipur.

The role involves handling customer queries through email, providing accurate information and resolutions, and maintaining professional written communication while meeting defined quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through email and assigned non-voice channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain clear and professional written communication.
- Respond to customer queries within defined timelines.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Escalate queries according to process requirements.
- Meet assigned quality and productivity parameters.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in international customer support or customer handling.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Positive typing and computer skills.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Willing to work from the Jaipur office.

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working




- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts
- 9.5 hours login time including 1 hour break

Cab Facility

Two-way cab facility is available for eligible night shifts between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM, subject to company policy and route availability.

Training

- 3 months of paid training
- Certification round as part of the selection/training process.
- Training and process guidelines will be provided by the company.

Salary

CTC: ₹36,000 per month

Approximate net take-home:

- First 3 months: ₹29,300 per month
- After 3 months: ₹30,300 per month

The offered CTC includes Fixed CTC + PLI.

Applicable deductions may include PF, Mediclaim, and Gratuity, as per the applicable salary structure and company policy.
