We are looking for an experienced Lathe Operator for our tool room. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in operating conventional lathe machines and machining components with accuracy as per drawings and required dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate conventional lathe machines for machining and finishing of components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, drilling and other lathe operations.
- Set up jobs, select suitable tools and maintain proper cutting parameters.
- Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform machining work for molds, dies, shafts, bushes and other tool-room components.
- Identify machining issues and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Maintain machines,



tools and work area properly.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain positive housekeeping in the tool room.
- Complete jobs within the required quality and production timelines.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of relevant experience as a Lathe Operator.
- Strong hands-on experience with conventional lathe machines.
- Experience in tool room/mold-related machining will be preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of machining processes and cutting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
