DIGITECH India is a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering creative and result-driven marketing solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is eager to start their career in digital marketing while supporting project coordination and team operations. The primary objective of this role is to strengthen coordination and project management support within the team, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments, timely project execution, and efficient workflow management.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, follow up on tasks, and maintain project updates.
- Assist in managing client communications and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and project-related documentation.
- Support day-to-day digital marketing operations and team coordination.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.




- Maintain accurate records and organize project-related information.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in digital marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Willingness to support extended business-hour requirements when necessary.
