A law firm located in Nugambakkam, Chennai, is seeking a Junior Advocate with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in both criminal and civil law. Experience practicing in the High Court will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Represent clients in court hearings and trials.

- Assist senior in case preparation and strategy development.

- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice along with senior.

- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.

Requirements

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in criminal and civil law.

- Robust knowledge of legal principles and procedures.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
