Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and analyze business data, prepare accurate MIS reports, and support management with timely insights for effective decision-making. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Analyze business data and identify trends to support decision-making.
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and consolidate information.
- Maintain databases and ensure proper documentation of reports.
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel functions and tools where possible.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word,



PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Analyst, Reporting Executive, or in a similar reporting role.

Reporting To: MIS Manager / Operations Manager / Finance Manager

CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
