Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with robust knowledge of construction and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and quotations while coordinating with project, design, procurement, and vendors teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for construction and interior projects.
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project quotations and commercial proposals.
- Estimate material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct rate analysis and maintain updated rate databases.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Prepare variation and additional-work estimates.




- Track project costs against approved estimates and budgets.
- Assist in tender preparation, negotiation, and finalization of rates.
- Maintain proper documentation of estimates, BOQs, quotations, and revisions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction estimation and quantity surveying.
- Good understanding of civil works, interiors, finishing works, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in interior fit-out, turnkey projects, commercial construction, or residential construction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
