United By Cycling Private Limited is a ecommerse company with a store headquarters in Kochi.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Intern to support our finance department.

* Assist with daily B2B and B2C sales billing - on Zoho Books

* Record and verify purchase bills and invoices.

* Assist with bank reconciliation and payment tracking.

* Support physical stock-taking and inventory reconciliation.

* Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills and other accounting documents.

* Verify transaction details and identify discrepancies.

* The intern will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting

* Support GST-related documentation and routine accounting activities.

Required Qualifications





* B.Com or a related accounting qualification—students and recent graduates may apply.

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST and invoicing.

* Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

* Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.

* Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.

* Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
