- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers regarding tour packages, hotels, and travel services.
- Contact leads and understand customers' travel requirements.
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain daily call and enquiry records and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

- Fluent Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, travel, tourism, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
