*Role*
Handle inbound + outbound calls for our Wheelsowner mobile app customers. Explain service, understand client needs, pitch solutions, book demos/appointments, and follow up till closure. Maintain CRM records.
*What we need*
- 0-2 years experience in tele sales / inside sales / BPO
- Fluent in English + Malayalam.
- Positive communication + convincing skills
- Target-oriented, comfortable with daily/weekly targets
- Basic computer + MS Excel knowledge
