Job Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user experiences and modern user interfaces across LearnILMWorld’s digital products. You will work closely with product, development, and content teams to understand user needs and turn ideas into effective, engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clean, contemporary, and consistent visual designs aligned with the LearnILMWorld brand.
- Translate business and user requirements into practical design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Create and maintain UI components, design systems, and reusable design patterns.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Identify UX issues and continuously improve the overall user journey.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Work on landing pages, dashboards, educational platforms, forms, and other digital experiences as required.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Design, UX/UI, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Good knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing educational, SaaS, or technology products.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into functional interfaces.
- Experience with usability testing and user research.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
