Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator to operate and maintain laser cutting/engraving machines used in manufacturing. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring production, checking product quality, and ensuring safe and efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CO2 laser cutting/engraving machines according to production requirements.
- Set up machines, load materials, and select appropriate cutting parameters.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Load and verify programs and adjust machine settings as required.
- Monitor machine operation and ensure accurate cutting and dimensional quality.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using measuring instruments.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and cutting problems.
- Replace consumables such as nozzles and lenses when required.
- Maintain proper material identification and minimize material wastage.
- Keep the machine, work area, and tools clean and organized.




- Perform routine machine maintenance and report breakdowns or technical issues.
- Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience operating laser cutting machines is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand basic measurements.
- Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
