Hiring | Sales Executive – Automotive & Returnable Packaging

We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong B2B Industrial Sales / Automotive Sales experience to drive business development across Chennai's major automotive clusters, including Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Maraimalai Nagar and surrounding industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
- Promote and sell returnable packaging solutions, including FLC boxes, plastic crates, pallets and customized packaging.
- Meet Procurement, Purchase, Logistics, Supply Chain and Materials teams to understand customer requirements.
- Analyze existing packaging and transportation methods and recommend cost-effective returnable packaging solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct customer visits and manage the complete B2B sales cycle.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, price negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal Design and Engineering teams for customized packaging solutions and samples.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing automotive customers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during initial commercial dispatches.

Mandatory Skills

- 2–5 years of B2B / Industrial Sales experience.




- Experience in Automotive Sales or Industrial Product Sales.
- Strong experience in new business development and field sales.
- Experience handling RFQs, quotations, negotiations and order closure.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai industrial and automotive clusters.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, BBA, BCom or a related discipline. MBA in Marketing/Supply Chain is an added advantage.
